Spending time playing game all day long with little physical activities and lack of selfcare may cause health issues such as obesity, bone and joint diseases, muscular dystrophy, and noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), and that also includes stress and pressure from interaction with people around you or from determination to win the game. Here are some health tips for the gamers to stay physically and mentally healthy with the concept of 3Es: Eating, Exercise, and Emotion.

1. E-Eating: The heathy eating code of 2:1:1
Secret code does not exist only in the games as we have healthy eating code to help you lose belly fat and control your weight with the 2:1:1 eating code by dividing your dish into 4 parts where:
• 2 parts are vegetables like fresh or blanched vegetables, and low-sugar fruits like apple, guava, and dragon fruit. You should also eat varieties of fruits and vegetables
• 1 part is carbohydrate such as brown rice, semi-polished rice, wholewheat bread, corn, and taro.
• 1 part is meat. The examples of low-fat meat include chicken breast and fish. Or you may choose to get protein from egg, soy, and tofu.

Another health promoting behavior is to eat every meal on time. Don’t let the game time starve you because it may lead to overconsumption and damaged metabolism which can easily lead to obesity. Sitting and playing game after getting energy from the food will not burn all the calories you have received, increasing the risk of developing obesity. Here we have some challenges for you to stay healthy with E-Exercise. Begin with basic level, while the game is paused, loading, or reviving your defeated character, take a break to stretch your muscles, change sitting position and relax your posture to reduce repeated compression on the certain parts of your body to help relax your muscle, tendon, neck, and shoulder.
